A. Order Information
Orders placed on www.arabichub.gr are accepted 24/7 and processed during working hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00), excluding weekends and public holidays.
Processing usually takes 1–3 business days after order confirmation, unless there are availability issues or delays due to force majeure (e.g. strikes, severe weather, technical issues, etc.).
All prices include VAT.
Arabic Hub reserves the right to modify prices or offers without prior notice.
Limited-time offers are valid until stock runs out or until the listed expiration date.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all purchase details.
Product Availability
If a product is unavailable, you will be promptly informed about possible replacement or estimated restock time.
If this delay is inconvenient, you may request cancellation of that specific product at no cost.
B. Shipping Information
Shipments are made via courier across Greece.
You can choose to:
- Have your order delivered to your chosen address, or
- Pick it up from the Arabic Hub store (by appointment or phone arrangement).
Once your order is handed over to the courier, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking code.
Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days (extra time may be required for remote areas).
Arabic Hub is not responsible for courier delays or external factors.
C. Shipping Costs
- Within Greece: €4.00 for orders up to 3 kg.
- For heavier orders, shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.
- Cash on delivery (where available): +€1.70 (or €2.30 for remote areas).
- Free shipping for orders over €60 (within Greece).
- For Cyprus or international deliveries, shipping cost is automatically calculated based on destination and weight.
D. Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Returns are accepted according to Law 2251/1994 and EU e-commerce regulations.
1) Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact info@arabichub.gr immediately.
Replacement or refund will be processed at no cost, provided the item is returned within 14 days of receipt.
2) Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without justification.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- It must be accompanied by the purchase receipt.
Exclusions:
- Digital products or online courses that have been activated.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the return is due to an error by Arabic Hub.
3) Return Procedure
- Contact info@arabichub.gr to receive return instructions and authorization code.
- Carefully repack the item in its original box.
- Send it via courier to:

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about the refund or replacement.
4) Refunds
Refunds are made via the same payment method used for purchase, within 10 business days after receiving the returned product.
Cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.

1. Shipping with Courier
We work with Courier4U, a reliable courier company, to ensure fast and safe delivery of your products.
· Delivery time: 1–3 business days throughout Greece
· Shipping cost: depends on the weight and volume of your order
· Cash on delivery: available with an extra fee
2. Store Pickup
You can pick up your order from our physical store at no extra cost.
· You will receive a notification as soon as your order is ready.
· Pickup is available within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability.
E. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting info@arabichub.gr.
If the order has already been shipped, the return procedure applies.
F. Notes
Arabic Hub reserves the right to modify this policy by posting an updated version on its website.
In cases of repeated or abusive returns, Arabic Hub may refuse new orders.
