Orders placed on<\/span> www.arabichub.gr<\/b><\/a> are accepted 24\/7 and processed during working hours (Monday\u2013Friday, 09:00\u201317:00), excluding weekends and public holidays.<\/span>
<\/span> Processing usually takes <\/span>1\u20133 business days<\/b> after order confirmation, unless there are availability issues or delays due to force majeure (e.g. strikes, severe weather, technical issues, etc.).<\/span><\/p>

All prices include VAT.<\/span>
<\/span> Arabic Hub reserves the right to modify prices or offers without prior notice.<\/span>
<\/span> Limited-time offers are valid until stock runs out or until the listed expiration date.<\/span><\/p>

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all purchase details.<\/span><\/p>

If a product is unavailable, you will be promptly informed about possible replacement or estimated restock time.<\/span>

B. Shipping Information<\/b><\/h3>

Shipments are made via courier across Greece.<\/span><\/p>

You can choose to:<\/span><\/p>

  • Have your order <\/span>delivered to your chosen address<\/b>, or<\/span><\/li>
  • Pick it up<\/b> from the Arabic Hub store (by appointment or phone arrangement).<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Once your order is handed over to the courier, you\u2019ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking code.<\/span>
    <\/span> Delivery usually takes <\/span>1\u20132 business days<\/b> (extra time may be required for remote areas).<\/span>
    <\/span> Arabic Hub is not responsible for courier delays or external factors.<\/span><\/p>

    C. Shipping Costs<\/b><\/h3>
    • Within Greece:<\/b> \u20ac4.00 for orders up to 3 kg.<\/span><\/li>
    • For heavier orders, shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.<\/span><\/li>
    • Cash on delivery (where available):<\/b> +\u20ac1.70 (or \u20ac2.30 for remote areas).<\/span><\/li>
    • Free shipping<\/b> for orders over <\/span>\u20ac60<\/b> (within Greece).<\/span><\/li>
    • For <\/span>Cyprus or international<\/b> deliveries, shipping cost is automatically calculated based on destination and weight.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      D. Returns Policy<\/b><\/h3>

      Customer satisfaction is our top priority.<\/span>
      <\/span> Returns are accepted according to <\/span>Law 2251\/1994<\/b> and <\/span>EU e-commerce regulations<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

      1) Defective or Incorrect Products<\/b><\/h4>

      If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact <\/span>info@arabichub.gr<\/b> immediately.<\/span>
      <\/span> Replacement or refund will be processed <\/span>at no cost<\/b>, provided the item is returned within <\/span>14 days<\/b> of receipt.<\/span><\/p>

      2) Right of Withdrawal<\/b><\/h4>

      Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within <\/span>14 days<\/b> of delivery without justification.<\/span><\/p>

      To be eligible for a return:<\/span><\/p>

      • The product must be <\/span>unused<\/b> and in its <\/span>original packaging<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
      • It must be accompanied by the <\/span>purchase receipt<\/b>.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        Exclusions:<\/b><\/p>

        • Digital products or online courses that have been activated.<\/span><\/li>
        • Custom-made or personalized products.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

          Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the return is due to an error by Arabic Hub.<\/span><\/p>

          3) Return Procedure<\/b><\/h4>
          1. Contact <\/span>info@arabichub.gr<\/b> to receive return instructions and authorization code.<\/span><\/li>
          2. Carefully repack the item in its original box.<\/span><\/li>
          3. Send it via courier to:<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

            Refunds are made via the same payment method used for purchase, within <\/span>10 business days<\/b> after receiving the returned product.<\/span>
            <\/span> Cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.<\/span><\/p>
